We in the San Francisco Mime Troupe Collective and staff strive to create and promote a workplace culture of Diversity, Inclusivity, and compassion. We recognize that we too must look inside the walls of our own house and take stock of our practices and how they might be improved to better support and serve our community as well as ensure a fair, safe and equitable workplace. We are working on a statement and action plan to that effect.
